  • No-show sequences that warm patients up before the visit and win back the ones who miss
  • The plumbing under all of it: ads → CRM → calendar → follow-up, connected end to end and reliable at 2am

You're right for this if you

  • Live in GoHighLevel — pipelines, workflows, calendars, sub-accounts, snapshots
  • Build in n8n (Make or Zapier fine too) and aren't scared of a webhook, an API, or a bit of JSON
  • Have wired up AI voice or chat (VAPI, Retell, or similar) and know the OpenAI API
  • Ship things that don't break, and can debug the one that does
  • Explain what you built in plain English, not jargon
